STA Facilitators:
Empathy is the key

Each STA Facilitator must have a broad depth of successful Commercial or Public Sector line management experience in diverse areas prior to joining STA. This experience, coupled with excellent ‘Front-of-Room’ skills, a well-developed sense of humour and a relevant Tertiary qualification sets STA apart from other providers, allowing us to produce and provide results-based workshops that give usable, practical skills & knowledge. Our Facilitators must be able to work in NZ’s multi-cultural working environment and relate equally well at CEO or operator level. STA Facilitators consistently rate ‘excellence’ in after-course evaluations, with most of the comments referring to our ability to keep groups interested, and call on personal experience in most situations where required and appropriate.
